ABOUT APN DFW

All Points North – DFW (APN DFW) is a clinically driven, full-continuum addiction treatment center in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, built to support adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs (dual diagnosis). We provide multiple entry points, medically supervised detox, residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), with continuity and step-down planning across levels of care.

  • Residential Treatment (RTC): 24/7 structured programming when a higher level of support is clinically indicated 

  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): High-support programming without full residential intensity 

  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Structured treatment while staying connected to work, family, and daily life 

Continuity of Care:

We design treatment with step-down planning in mind—so support continues as clients move through levels of care, rather than experiencing a “cliff effect” at discharge.
